This Privacy Policy describes how PPC International LLC, doing business as House Plant Wholesale (“PPC,” “House Plant Wholesale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or make a purchase from houseplantwholesale.com, create or use an account, subscribe to our marketing communications, contact our customer care team, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

Wholesale and business account information. Because House Plant Wholesale serves wholesale customers, we may collect information necessary to establish, administer, or verify a wholesale or business account, including information submitted through account forms and related applications.

Depending on the payment method selected, payment providers process payment credentials and related transaction information. We generally receive transaction confirmation and limited payment information rather than full payment card numbers.

Forms and applications. Information you submit through Shopify Forms, POWR forms, account applications, or other forms available through the Services may be collected and processed for the purpose indicated when the form is presented.
Reviews and user content. If you submit a product review, photograph, or other user-generated content through available review functionality, we collect the content and information associated with your submission. We use Loox to support product review functionality.
Marketing sign-ups. If you subscribe to marketing communications, we collect the contact information and consent information associated with your subscription. We currently use Mailchimp to support applicable email and marketing communications.
Subscriptions. If you enroll in an available subscription program, information necessary to establish and administer the subscription may be processed through Recharge and Shopify, including subscription selections, account information, billing-related information, and renewal information.
Loyalty and wishlist features. If you participate in available loyalty, referral, or wishlist features, information about your account and interactions with those features may be processed by the providers supporting them, including Rivo and Wishlist Plus.
Surveys, promotions, and other submissions. If you participate in a survey, promotion, contest, or other voluntary program, we collect the information you choose to provide.

When you use the Services, we and providers supporting the Services may automatically collect certain information, including:

Mailchimp. We use Mailchimp to support applicable email and marketing communications. Mailchimp may process contact information, subscription status, engagement information, and related information necessary to provide these services.
Recharge. We use Recharge to support applicable subscription functionality. Recharge may process account, subscription, transaction, and related information needed to administer subscriptions.
Loox. We use Loox to support product review functionality. Loox may process information associated with reviews and other user-generated content submitted through its services.
Rivo. We use Rivo to support available loyalty, rewards, and referral functionality. Rivo may process account and activity information associated with participation in these features.
Wishlist Plus. We use Wishlist Plus to support available wishlist functionality. The service may process information regarding saved products, customer accounts, and related interactions.
Forms. We use Shopify Forms and may use POWR Form Builder to collect information submitted through forms on our website.
Store functionality. We also use applications that support functions such as product options, inventory availability, back-in-stock functionality, order limits, discounts, ordering, fulfillment, account access, and website presentation. Depending on how you interact with these features, the applications supporting them may process information necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Our applications and technology providers may change as we add, remove, or update store functionality.

Where applicable, we may disclose identifiers, device information, engagement information, or internet activity information to providers that support marketing, measurement, and website functionality. Where such disclosure constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, eligible consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights.
Business and fulfillment partners. We may disclose information as necessary to process, fulfill, ship, or otherwise administer an order or business relationship.

13. Do Not Track and Preference Signals
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard governing these signals, our response to legacy DNT signals may vary.
Where legally required, we recognize applicable opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
14. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and general audiences and are not directed to children under thirteen.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@houseplantwholesale.com so that we can address the request as appropriate.
15. Mobile Applications
This Privacy Policy applies to a House Plant Wholesale mobile application only if we offer one and the application references this Policy.
